Extra Vacuum hose left after service

(i wouldve posted this in the "Too Lazy" thread, but thats now no longer available)


Just finished completing a service on the Legnum (Plugs, throttle body etc)

seems ive got an extra Vacuum hose left over?

The larger diameter one that runs through the bar on top on the intake manifold i know goes to the throttle body elbow,

now ive got the two smaller diameter ones,
one off the 3-port boost solenoid (which im pretty sure goes into the elbow aswell as the car overboosts when thats not connected)
and another which comes off the old boost controller?

I cant remember which one goes where, i cant seem to find any spare nipples either?


Help much appreciated guys (i need the car at 6PM so i'd like to try fix it by then!)

Update,
I'm pretty sure it's just a left over hose from the 3 port install,
Steve installed it, so one of the hoses he snipped and bunged at the T-piece , unplugged the electrical it and the last I'm guessing would've gone onto the nipple on the elbow that the 3-port now uses?

Yeah seems to be..
As I mentioned in my update, it seems as if the hose was just left over from the 3-port install..
Goes into the old factory boost solenoid which is now redundant,

And my shit idle (thought to be ISC) is now fixed after throttle body rebuild..
Idles sweetly at around 500-650!

By rebuild do you mean you replaced the 2 seals?

Yeah pretty much
(Including the bleed screw,
Which the old one was rock hard)
