So been trying to set this up and I have run into a few interesting problems.

When I had the rear muffler disconnected I was able to up the duty cycle and increase the boost easily enough and it was fine, but once I had saved the settings I seemed to hit boost cut/fuel cut.

Now with the rear muffler connected, it doesn't matter how high I set the duty cycle I can't get the car to go over 7psi.

I have absolutely no idea on what is going on

your main problem is you are still using that rubbish IBC.
1-pull it out.
2-sell it.
3-use money towards a 3-port solenoid and Openport2.0 cable
4-factory ecu controlled boost and tuneablity!
5-Winning!

This is the appropriate course of action.

Can't go past 7 psi something is wrong other than just that boost controller playing up, I had a gizmo before I had a TME tune and it worked ok.
I would check that your blow off valve isn't leaking badly, the extra boost you gave it might of stuffed it - tends to happy to the factory plastic blow off valves. Can test by removing it completely and plugging the lines.

What the other guys mentioned is preferable if you can, but getting a 3 port in, finding a laptop and actually being able to tune it yourself isn't that easy (for most of us anyway).

Wont be the blow off valve as I swapped out my pretty damaged GFB one for a evo 8 metal one
