Can anyone offer some advice. Need to change my cam sensor with the motor still in the car.i can get the cover off and undo the bolts that hold the cable for the sensor in. But I'm unable to get this stupid bolt out that hold the wire in.

hey dude, as per my reply in fb, IMO, it is best to use 1/4" drive sockets with uni joint and 10mm

edit.. also extensions

I've got the 10mm one's off that hold the sensor on. It's the one that holds the cable on. Right near the engine mount. Tried using a 1/4 with a Uni and the Uni snapped. Thinking the belt might have to be loosen for this. This dam bolt is super tight

Give the bolt a couple of taps in the center with a pin punch and a hammer too.

How's you go, inox is a good penetrated, spray a heap on as well for stubble bolts

Got it off. It was actually harder to get one off my spare motor then the one in the car.
Replaced sensor and still wouldn't start. Checked timing and looks like it's jumped 2 teeth

Did you recently replace the timing belt?

Strange then
Yeah. So we will put the timing to the correct position and try and start it up. And see what it does. Then once its running will do a major service.
Then I have to look at fixing my front turbo
