HID fog lights question.

Hi Guys. Does anyone got HID kit fitted to fog lights? I know its H3 but would it be the same fitting?

You can buy hid ballasts etc with a h3 globe.

Yeah but our H3 globes have a wire that you conect to the plug. Does HID kit globes would have that too?

you will have to cut / add in the hid ballast wiring from the standard globe plug.

the globe runs off the ballast.

I have the xenon kit H3 connected to the fog lamps.
You wire the two wires that normally connect to the standard globe into the xennon kit and change the standard bulb to the xenon one and thats it.
Most places here do the install for peanuts as it takes them on most cars 30min to install.
