Poor braking performance

Does the pedal actually go all the way to the floor when you are testing it while driving?

Very close full pedal movement. It still pulls up but panic braking from highway speeds could be a problem.
@AKKO Standard brakes. The rubber has about 95% tread left. I have Dunlop SP sport Maxx 235/45's.
