So I've been having some problems. When I go WOT the car seems to have little dips and lurches of power. It's gettign very disheartening, what is causing this?

Worth checking the sparkies and doing a compression test?

Plugs are most likely the cause. Leads and Coil packs are a problem too

Plugs gapped properly? Also, check your TPS and IFS as there could be issues with those as well. For new leads, ICE ignition ones are great.

All 6 spark plugs look fine and are gapped the same. Denso 22's.

I still get pulsing power loss on WOT and now the car idles a little higher and takes longer to come to a halt after I cut the ignition.

you mentioned Denso 22's which one? IK or VK?

IK is similar to your NGK BKR7EIX slightly better due to smaller center electrode..

I'm not sure, I think.. 8 gap. They've been working fine for the past however long I've had them in.

replacing the spark plugs often does not fix the issue.. you're only using band aid fix.

check your coils

if your coils can't provide enough spark, it'll foul your plugs which will cause the symptoms you're experiencing
