Hey guys,
In order to fill out an online notice of disposal with the RTA, it says both the seller & buyer need to be NSW licence holders.
So what do I do if the buyer isn't in NSW? How do I notify the RTA that I've sold it?
EDIT: Nevermind, I re-read the back of the rego papers.
