series 2 foglights on series 1?

i've got to either get a new passenger series 1 foglight surround (which i can't seem to get) or possibly easier to find a set of series 2 foglights if they swap over?

its not a direct fit, and probably not without a fair bit of work either

ive got a spare passenger side fog off a series 1,since putting the facelift front end on my car.
