SPEED SENSOR RESISTANCE!!

Does anyone know the what the resistance on the transistor inside the speed sensor is and should there be 5 volts to pin 3 of speed sensor , still trying to work out my speedo problem and my next door neighbor is good with electronics and he asked me to see if anyone could help here.
