Staggered wheels sizes - bad idea?

    Might be a real Noob question, but this is the first AWD car (do we say AWD or 4WD?!) I've owned.. [​IMG]

    Most of the japanese wheels I'm finding for sale are in staggered sizes ie. 18 x 7.5 front and 18 x 8.5 rear.. Fine for the RWD cars, but would this be ok on a Legnum?

    you will need to run the same size tyres, or atleast very close rolling diametres.
    i made a thread about this, and someone else has too, but basically its not worth the hassle.

    also, you probably wont fit 9.5" on a legnum, maximum most people seem to say is 18x8.5" +35.
