Transmission oil coolers!!!

hey guys just wondering has any one had fit a separate transmission oil cooler, to their VR4 (Automatic transmission), rerouting the cooling mechanism which is to run the oil through the radiator. If you have any thoughts about this can you update me on that. Especially any particular cooler that could be bolted in to the car without much modifications as such!! If you have any photos of the work done as well please!!!

What Lee said. Nearly everyone with an Auto VR4 has one, and 90% would've used that guide to install it

Its a simple job, and you should be able to do it for under $200

Minal, let us know how you go in that linked thread! There's not much room for your hands but as it's gearing up towards the Aussie summer, it's definitely worth looking into.

I also flushed my transmission at the same time using the guide over @ ClubVR4 (have to be a Premium Member to view it and definitely worth the price).
