Wrong tps

bought a 68mm throttle body 2 years ago and the tps has never worked properly after really getting stuck into finding the problem found out that its actually the position. it sits 90 degrees to the sensor so it doesnt touch unless at full throttle. hoping that someone has an idea on how to fix it. have message the person i bought it off so hopefully he knows what vehicle it came off and how to solve the problem

Take it off and re seat it, you need to wind the sensor back before seating it tho.

yeah mate was all done. Think maybe flipping the positioner180 degrees will help the cause?? I have a mechanic looking at it and they are looking at ways to fix it as well?? I'm not exactly fantastic in working with cars so every little bit of info helps
