Apexi S-ITC - anyone know about this?

hey fellas..

just wondering if anyone has ever used the above product?

Apexi S-ITC - Super Ignition Timing Converter

supposedly it senses the crank angle sensor then sends a signal to the ecu to advance/retard it by about +/- 15%

just wondering if anyone has ever heard of it or experienced it..

looks like old tech (90s era), like the original afr

id have my doupts about it working on our cars,
there's no specific install instructions for it.....
