AYC Red Light Code 33

Hi there! My red AYC light comes on every time I go to drive my vr4 now and has been doing this for a couple months. when I finally ran the codes earlier, it came up with Code 33 FIXED ST-N HI.

I cant find much on this code specifically.... any help with where to start?
