Hey guys..

My cat is dead... noooo not the furry bastard on my lap lol

It rattles whilst under light load and upon inspection i can see its not the head shield producing the noise, but the internals.

So heres my question. i have horrid fuel economy, under load the car feels like its being strangled and whilst cruising at 80-100 it feels like im having to accelerate more than i need to to maintain speed..

So i am wondering if anyone here has had a stuffed catalytic converter on their VR4's? and what where your symptoms?

Thanks peeps.

My previous car had a dead cat with rattling symptoms. If the internals have come loose and shifted, they could be blocking the exhaust flow causing your loss of power etc.
