That's why I apologised if this EOI was premature, but I just noticed a few people were interested.

I will definitely keep you all updated. But I can't see anything happening this year as I have no idea when I'm getting my bloody car /grrr

There are 8 pot Ksport brakes, and various 6 pot AP Racing and Brembo (and others) calipers out there too that you can get that are even bigger!

If they bolt onto evo 5+ they'll bolt onto these brackets too. They have to bolt on though, if they come with their own adaptor then I can't help there.

I am Interested, i have seen a few S/H Evo Brembo's on Evolution Oz, but am still not ready to stuff around getting them to fit yet

I talked to the supplier of the lines yesterday, they told me that the lines are actually available in different colours. It will be an extra charge but there's red, blue, yellow and I think black. Also you can get the fittings in stainless steel if you want. Good for longevity, but not essential, they will be an extra charge too.

Anyway, just some cool custom options

I was looking at those calipers as well, but was out when the auction finished.
We should look at something to ensure that members dont end up bidding against each other for some of these.

Well, looks like I won't be bidding on any from now on, just bought a set of 4 Evo 8 calipers with pads and disc's from the US for $800 including shipping to Australia. ($650 for the parts, $150 shipping).

Now need to pull the front end apart and look at what else needs to be done.
