no they were'nt they just happen to bolt on with no issues on a facelift,
its never been an option for any VR4 to have brembos factory fitted.


the only galants that have 17" wheels are the UK (euro spec) sports galant,
and there 4 stud wheels. and were soft as poo, and buckled/bent on the slightest bump in the road.

so yes if you want to fit brembos on your vr4,
min requirement 17" wheels.
either evo 5+ fitment
or massive spacers to move out your wheels to clear the calipers

Yeah I was going to add, the UK sport's had 17x7" wheels with 215/45/17 tyres and had a 4x114.3 stud pattern.

Well that is entirely possible.

And if that is the case, then I would expect more to crop up on the Australian vehicles, especially the River City complianced ones, which is where my car was done.

Id say that sticker with tyre sizes is a requirement for compliance, mine has it too

Wasn't quite sure, but I have seen what happens to a directional tyre if you run it the wrong way.

you can tell by the wheel arch and the start of the side skirts which wheel it is on the car.

My spare tyre is a 205/55/16 mounted on one of the stock BBS wheels - it is directional, as such I have a 50/50 chance of it being the right way around, but if I ever need to use it I won't be going very fast anyway
