How to import car from New Zealand for parts

Hi guys just a stupid question - has anyone brought a whole car over to Australia from new zeland for parts?

In this link there is a nice Legnum well not really but it has got leather intercooler bonet that i could use and the rest for sale but how would someone go about it i mean if it could get here for like 4 -5 thousand it would be so worth it

My car cost me about 2500 from memory , that includes a space at the docks and all the customs fee's and shit

may want to ask customs first before you commit to this. (and speak to a broker- kristian you reading this.) I think you will find its a $6-8k exercise.

Thanks Paul - that make sense, i still wish to do this - il see who out of my New Zeelands mates would be able to help with dispach and pulling it appart
