Hi there, done some searching, maybe I missed it, but I can't seem to find any info on how aftermarket lifters on offer compare with original? I am looking for a set, and was advised that original is best. Can I get some advice on what to buy please, in terms of quality, price, functionality etc
Thank in advance

Aftermarket 3mm are the way to go and are also a third the price of genuine.

The aftermarket items have larger holes in them to improve oil supply to the top of the engine. From Steve they'll be high quality items, and will ultimately improve the longevity of the engine by reducing wear (and also, if its ticking it will generally stop if you do it right, which is great!)
