Apart from the obvious loss of vaccum, hoping someone can help confirm what would be the likely side affects of having this bad boy unplumbed unintentionally?

Basically I've found the line that runs from the forward most barb on the throttle body elbow across the front rocker cover and connects to the "VALVE, P/S IDLE UP AIR CONTROL" (MD318203) was flapping in the breeze...

- No power steering at low engine RPM ?
- Boost issues?
- Idle issues?
- Anything else?

Power steer will still work despite, stationary rpm will dip, not counter.

Will also cause both boost, vac and idle issues. Any post MAF leak is bad.

Thanks, all the things I was hoping to hear now that it's plumbed back in. ;-)

Wish I knew how long it's been like that though :(

ECU will learn to account for the leak. I'd reset the ECU.

Can't wait to get it back on the road, have a pair of trotty's dumps fitted and retuned. Was so disappointed with the previous results but at least I potentially know why now!
