Td04 manifold modification

Hey guys, i've been reading through some of the threads and found that the manifold has to be obviously modified. There were also some threads with people trying to design aftermarket manifolds....

I'm just wondering out of the people who have done the Tf04 upgrade, how exactly did they find away around the manifold issue?

My thoughts if i was to do it would be to make an adaptor plate to angle the turbo closer to the block rather than alter the manifold itself. Rotation to correct the turbo outlet is simple and running new lines is not a hassle for me as i've had to do it numerous times.

There isn't much room. You can apparently fit Subaru TD04's, some have tried with varying degrees of success.
