FG bonnets are defectable in QLD as they don't meet the ADRs. Heard of plenty of folks getting done for it in the past. Only exception is ones made by a mob called Blits, very pricey though
Please keep this thread on topic Roland!A d if you want a cf cover different from the style avail thrn custom work is what your looking at paying for. Your pockets will need to be pretty deep and full of coins not air lol....
So eyelids, is that something still wanted? Or not? I had to make a mold to make a replacement set so I can now produce them and with the new technique I use less than 50ml of resin so ill be selln them pretty affordably.
plus I use woven cloth so 3 layers of 4oz cloth sees them strong enough yet thin as well , you can literally twist them a lot and fit ment is great too. Ill load pictures up once I have a set dipped Monday
Lol the good thing is they're thin so you can very easily sand them to suit your likings, they're the standard height mike n I use to sell years aago here's an image
can you possibly extend the top piece so it comes up and over the rad support so we can use Xmas tree plugs to secure them in the existing holes on the support?
Well this is a good outcome..
pill load a GB on the GB thread for the eyelids ok guys.
yes I do sell the dtek style covers, Noel n I made agreements that I could mold them and sell them ,but I'm too scared to as I don't like the fitment that wwells here's gaps and I know you guys .. You like only the best,so I'm hesitant..
pill load images up today of them so you can see for yourselves.
if you think it's good enough ill load a GB on those.
aswell as the vogue front lip too..
I was viewing them from my phone, actually now I am on a computer I would prefer the eyelids to be smaller as in covering less of the headlight. Also I'm not a fan of how it slants inwards to look especially angry. I just prefer a nice thin eyelid. Are you able to mod it? Maybe the same width as the tapered end.
