If they pop out I found jamming long nose pliers in there and pushing down on it keeps it from coming out

Um, yeah... 16-18psi = gogo daddy! from the back seat via Abi :D

cheers Steve, I realised I had superfluous hoses... car is kinda scary now :O

*edit*

Hmm, something is fishy... on the way home, I booted it from first at some lights and prolly at about 5krpm or so it really bogged down choking so I changed to second, loud pedal some more and it did it again and backfired a tad. Slightly concerned as it was driving fine all day but also once I got up to speed it was fine again. *confused* :/

I'm still having some issues under high boost load, it seems to be either misfiring or flooding (can EFI do that?), it loses power and splutters. Suffice to say I'm a bit confused, worried and a tad annoyed :(

+1 spark.

Steve would've pulled a whole bunch of fuel out so Dr Trev's verdict is where it's at.

Likelihood in the order I said I reckon, easiest to clean coilpacks though so start with that....

Mmmm, I was thinking something spark related. Time to buy some contact cleaner and try to clean the coilpacks it seems. :/ Cheers lads.

Ugh, plugs already? what a bitch :s

Quite possibly Trevorino, I'll look in my thread.

Anyhoo, I got some CRC contact cleaner... can I use that on the MAF as well?

Yep, in the plug.

Remember, the NGK Iridiums seem to only last 10-15k or so.

I've done 23,670ish since 17/09/10 when we did the big service, new plugs, brakes etc Trev :)

So CC can't be used to clean the MAF hot wire?
