Work Equip & XSA Series minimum 17" diameter and R-Disk all clear Evolution V-IX brembo brakes.

Yeah i saw that while searching but pretty sure I read somewhere that he was running a spacer...maybe not, but yeah, I'm annoyed as now!

Spoke design. I cant comprehend it either. 18x8.5 +30 will clear (non concave), yet 18x9.5 +30 (deep concave) doesnt and it's a whole inch wider...its bullshit.

Think about that for a moment.

Same offset but an inch wider, means the wheel has a half inch extra on the inside and outside.

The deep concave 9.5's have a lot more rake than half an inchcomapred to the 8.5's, yeah?

Makes perfect sense why they don't clear, as much as it is annoying.

Depends what type disk it is Trev, aka, the type of spoke design and dish

Depends on the x factor of the particular wheel... I think 18's are much easier than 17's to clear....

Depends on what disc rating you get, for those sort of wheels.

Edit: 18 X 9.0 +35(55mm lip) BIG BRAKE (T-DISK)

This would work? Now to start saving the thousands they will cost

Should do. Just contact work/ssr (apologies to Joel, can't remember if they're professors or miesters) see if they clear evo brembos.


I know with ssr, the professors come in three different faces

They are meisters, which usually are very good at clearing big brakes based on their spoke design. I would be very suprised if they didn't clear brembo's.
