How long are you all planning to keep your VR-4's for?

Loki is definitely a keeper.

Seth (loki's older brother) was in my possession for nine years (Dad had him for five years previously). It's my tinker project and I've factored in the maintenance costs will be high throughout it's life.

The daily driver could be the Suzuki Vitara (the gurl's ride, but she has a work car too) but I feel like I'm missing out on something when I'm NOT in Loki out-and-about.

Probably a decade or more - in fact unless it gets written off in an accident I really can't see myself getting rid of it. Even once I upgrade I can always see a place for a fast wagon in my life. So my VR4's here for life :)

Gavin has a good point, when driving any other car I always feel as if I'm missing something.

If I take another job and don't have a company car I will get myself another VR-4 as a daily driver.

Had mine for 3 yrs and it does what I want and is all paid off, so will probably keep it a couple more years. When I do get a new car, I plan on it being a Ford Falcon.

Or you could just buy a Legnum Type S facelift Manual and not need to worry with the conversion!

i plan on keeping mine for a long time. don't see anything being able to replace it, exept for possibly a series 2, Type S. I've still got my 6th gen VR4 sitting in the shed @ home, just couldn't stand the thought of selling it to a P plater who'd crash it. And a bugeye 323 which my parents are still nagging me to get rid of.

I do 4 hours + driving every day in the company car (Camry) and its always an enjoyable moment to bring the VR4 out on the weekend. :)

We'll keep one for at least 4 to 5 years. Then I'm gonna go for a EVO. Well maybe.
I'll be keeping mine as long as I can unless something drastic happens to the beast.
