That's all I used, a Magna gasket, worked well. Don't forget you are going to have to open up the opening in the plenum to match your new throttle body.

Might visit my local mitsi dealer tomorrow with the TB in-hand and see what they have...

Yep thats what a dremel and HD grinding discs are for, if thats too much like hard work I'll visit a mate who has a mill.

I used a dynafile and that took forever so you might not want to bother with the Dremel and just take it to your mates shop. The problem with the grinding disk is the aluminium will clog them very quickly then they will be useless, if you were going to use the Dremel, you would want to use the high speed cutters designed for aluminium.

MY Legnum has MD334007 Throttle body, not easy finding the bigger one in the states. Does anyone know what model number TB I should be looking for?

If you want to swap for another VR4 TB, then here's some info:

MD334007 = 60mm
MD334006 = 60mm (no TCL)
MD352584 = 65mm
MD362352 = 65mm (no TCL)

You'll need to get the matching plenum or die grind yours to suit. You'll need the larger gasket (MD322990)

Or find another OEM TB that's manufactured by Mikuni from another vehicle. For us here in AU, we pull them off a 6G74 Magna/Verada.

I ended up finding a throttle body with the traction control already attached as well as the TBS sensors. It's off of a 95 JDM Diamante model number MD322998.
