Ok i have done a search and found nothing, Sometimes when i put the leggie into reverse the reverse lights don't always come on. I have a manual, i have been told he could be to do with a switch at the front of the gearbox. Anyone know whereabouts and if i can be fixed

The lights are working, i have replaced the bulbs. They just don't always seem to realise the car is in reverse. They work every so often. thats why i think it is something to do with the gear box

All the info you need is above, in the second post. I think Christian meant to write "reverse light switch" rather than just "reverse light".

are you gonna replace this switch or the mech?

if you are, I think you will need a 22mm spanner or a socket if you can get it in without damaging the connector

just goin to replace the part #tsr016, think that is jut the switch. Whereabouts is it located on the car and is it easy to replace???? I have only had the leggy for 2 weeks and am trying to learn how to work on it. Never had alot of experience working on cars, but i know this car will cost me alot if i don't learn stuff... I used the how to guide on the weekend to replace my front struts, so that saved some $$$$$$ :)

remove your airbox and look down.. you will then see a wire connector leading to the gearbox.. and you'll see it..
