Reverse Lights.. Which One?

im planning on replacing my SMD LED based reverse bulbs..

and right now I have 2 selections..

this one is still SMD but is 3w (each i think) and there are 3 LED's in 1..

then there's this Cree Q5 LED bulb.. which I know is VERY VERY bright..

From my experience with replacing the park bulbs with LEDs, the SMDs will be very unidirectional. The Cree look to have a diffuser of sorts and may have a better spread of light. So I guess it comes down to the placement of the bulb relative to the reflector.

I vote brighter. Cree seems to specialise in LEDs too so chances are they'll be good lights.

I had the SMD type ones in mine and they were fine especially for the money you spend.

Always wanted to get the cree ones though. just couldn't justify it for lights.
