Spaces push the wheel out away from the hub and some can alter the PCD. The 5x120mm is the PCD (pitch circle diameter) of the wheel nuts.

So "no", you can't fit them onto a hub which has a PCD of 5x114mm (5 nuts at 114mm PCD) without some type of spacer
