I've been thinking about these braces. They look pretty damn straight forward.
We have a cnc plasma cutter and a steel fab workshop... Depending on what happens with the car I'll probably have a go at making some for myself.
Are these all aluminum? I can imagine a mild steel one made out of pretty light SHS would work ok... electroplated whatever colour you wanted.
I'll do more research when the car arrives, and see if I can sway any one who is looking at cheap braces at the time.
