Hi all,

As some/most will know, a family day bbq is being planned sometime soon, but before anything gets set in concrete, we need to figure out what dates people are/aren't available to attend. It'd be a weekend event, too. I'm thinking maybe the weekend of the 13th or 14th of Feb, or Sunday the 21st. I can't do the following weekend as I'm off in Bright for a wedding.

Any thoughts?

We have the Motorvate Show on the 20th so I don't really feel too inclined to have my entire weekend filled with car related events plus I have something else on the 21st. 14th and 15th are good plus early March is good

I'd be pushing for March too. The weather will be a little more stable and the parks wont be as busy either.

Best part is it gives everyone heaps of notice to get/make time off.

March is good, gives Scottie time to fix his car too. 6th and 7th is the first weekend of March. Sound good?

I'm going to have to retract my vote now as my wife has decided we are going to baptise my daughter on that day. A small issue with priorities

If it were ok with everyone else, would you be able to attend the following sunday, the 21st March?

That OK with everyone else?
