the projectors are still morimoto, but not supplied by TRS. I have stopped ordering the projectors from TRS since I can get it slightly cheaper elsewhere, hence the changes in the first post.. just in case people are doubting the quality on the projectors I use, I have compared it to the TRS kit and I dont see any performance or visible differences. TRS have not released their square projectors yet, so I cant compare them at the moment.. also the square ones are not a direct fit on our cars as well as its suited for H4.. so i'll have to do some more fiddling with it. I think I will need to use a 2" hole drill..
sorry missed this question. this is Morimoto xBALED from TRS.. and these are the normal CCFL Angel Eyes still keen on a set? also do you have any pics of the projector you're after? from last night I was playing around with the Gattling Gun shroud and installed LED angel eyes on it (not the TRS version)

so, today played around more with the projector and started to fit it on the oe reflector... few things to consider on it, once you go with these square projectors, you cant go back to oe reflector as the I need to grind down the base and make the hole slightly bigger.. how it sits on the oe reflector, and as you can slightly see where I had to grind it.. also, I think it sits a little lower than the round Mini H1 projector, but we'll see tomorrow I also had to trim down the bottom part of the Projector's shroud so that it clears the black shroud that sits in front with the clear lens cover with the flash on.. also, at the moment, the shrouds I have for these are only with Angel Eyes...
few more pics from today just before aligning the units.. and when completed.. unfortunately the angel eyes aren't as bright as the round one.. but it is enough for others to see..
They're 6000k Like yours... Its the position of the cut off plate to the bulb and glass that gives off that color
Im keen on a pair of round projectors. Whats the reliability of the angel eyes like? Id be willing to pay a bit more if one was more reliable than the other. Also with the "single projector" I assume you'd also do the high beam as HID, just with no projector lens? Has anyone had experience with 55w HIDs in the factory high beam, no fading or melting? Keen to get these moving ASAP, would be awesome to have them by the end of sept nsw meet, hoping for 55w high beam HIDs, 35w low beam HIDs, with round projectors, angel eyes, and the gattling gun shroud. Will install one side first and get a comparison shot of the beams, so you can add to the first post. Postage costs to Sydney have been historically? Sorry for all the questions, but I read the whole thread and couldn't see them answered earlier, will delete post if requested.
