Should add. The facelift abs sensors work on pfl cars and vice versa. But they do need to match the hub carriers. Just get carriers with the sensors.

Question:

Evo 5-9 hubs? Why not? go!
because the carriers are completely different. multi link (vr4) vs macpherson strut (evo)

Well..... Got myself some Brembo's off an evo 9. ($630AUD delivered for those that wanna know) for my FL leggie. (and they are still RED too lol)
Brand new rotors, brand new braided lines,,
Calipers are in excellent condition cept one front one has the clear coat starting to bubble so i've sent them all off to get soda blasted to get the clear off that way i can finish them myself.
I've ordered new bleed nipples from Amayama as the ones it came with are corroded... look pretty crap actually.
Nipple caps are perfect!! (I like writing the word nipple lol)

My question to put out there.. I'm missing two mount bolts and washers for a front caliper... I know they are super high tensile steel.

12mm x 36mm with an 18mm head (Yeah I'll probs have to cut them down a little....)

Where have people found these bolts? I have Lee brothers in Parramatta and another fastener place near me in north blacktown on sunnyholt near the motorcycle place........ are they easy to get?? don't really want to go genuine Mitso at this stage unless I absolutely have to.

Cheers guys
Steve

Well the best they could do was tensile strength 8.8. originals are 10.9.
Only thing I can find in 10.9 is button head (allen head) bolts.. they come in 10.9 and 12.9..
Search continues lol
I'll let you know what I find...

Well ...ordering from Amayama came up no good... thread is too fine
Tried all kinds of bolt places... best I can do is 8.9 tensile strength for normal hex heads and 12.9 for allen key heads.
Wrecker wanted $25 each for the bolts... stuff that...

Might have to go to mitsubishi themselves :(

With the help of @TME_Steve I have found some calliper bolts. We use the standard Evo bolts to mount the Evo Brembo's.

So with the help of the following I was able to track down the bolts and washers that I will need.

Front Brembo -

Front Bolt = 51987B = MR370729 = http://mitsubishi.epc-data.com/lanc...ront-wheel-brake/105275,105271,105272,105274/
Front Washer = 51971 = MR407072 = http://mitsubishi.epc-data.com/lanc...ront-wheel-brake/105066,105062,105063,105065/

Rear Brembo -

Rear Bolt = 52975E = MR370730 = http://mitsubishi.epc-data.com/lancer/ct9a/sjgfz/brake/rear-wheel-brake/108775,108771,108772,108774/
Rear Washer = 52957E = MR407073 = http://mitsubishi.epc-data.com/lancer/ct9a/sjgfz/brake/rear-wheel-brake/108294,108290,108291,108293/

Getting a quote right now from Amayama. But currently for 4 of each without shipping is $44.

Thankyou for that Ryan,

I looked for these but couldn't find them... I was looking at CP9A parts though...

Interesting...... my pins don't have the clip on the end...
They have a locating "collar" that locks into the hole....once it's inside it expands stopping it from coming out
Cheers

The Evo 5 brembo's had those locking pins. Evo 6-9 have the push in pins. The diagram above is for Evo 5 brembo's.
