No dramas running these sizes?
Only just cleared the brembos and I mean only just. Maybe 1mm-1.5mm if you have a few coat of paint on their it would touch. Apart from that they were great.

It should clear but it just depends on the wheel design. 20 offset seems big

Those specs will be mexican as at stock height. When are you lowering? As you could get away with it looking silly as long as you guard roll to protect the tyres.

... looking at Evo X me BBS wheels as they are forged and sick of crack wheels with Sydneys shit roads. Does anyone know if the 245/40 tyres fit Galant/ Leggies with Brembos?

Yeh, that's what I'm trying to work out.
Can I just buy Evo X with standard size tyres I.e 245/40/18 and it will fit no issues?

Do you have a picture? As some spoke designs won’t fit.
And if you have brembo’s no chance
hey gav these are the rims has anyone put them on a pfl and have any photos? of what they will look like?

Hi Guys,
As I'm restoring a pfl legnum I'm also looking at new wheels.
Want to get Rota torque drifts in 18 x 8.5 et30
Or 18 x9.5 et30.
Would both of these fit ok or would one be a better choice?
Really want a concaved sort of look.
Also best tyre size for both.

Must also say I've got Evo Vl Brembos going On and arches are being rolled.

Thanks for any advice / help.

So I've finally got new wheels on the Leggy.

Wheels are Work CR Kiwami's in AHG Bronze @ 18x8.5 +38

Tyres are Kumho Ecsta V720 @ 235/40/18

Fitment is pretty much as good as it gets. Sits nice and wide, with the rear sitting flush as fuck, and tucking pretty much perfectly
Only possible issue being next to no clearance on the inside of the wheel. But time will tell if that's an issue with spirited driving.

Fronts could definitely be a little wider, but I'd imagine that'd definitely bring up some issues with turning clearance and scrubbing.

It's definitely a big improvement from the old Koya CR-Teks, and stretched Achilles ATR Sport 2's. Noticeably stiffer ride from the much stiffer sidewalls, but also a heck of a lot grippier - haven't taken them out for a spirited drive yet, but that'll be coming soon :D

Alignment specs are as follows:
