Aamir,

The service from MEEK you recently got, can you please explain what was included in the $2500 price tag?

To everyone else,

I am going to be getting my 100,000km service at 85,000km (only engine oil has been done since ive owned it in australia), going through chasers.

Now - There was the spreadsheet that had the parts listed, which is very helpful. Obviously its recommended to get everything done in my situation?

Is there anything else that would need to be replaced/serviced? I know that transmission oil, AYC, brakes, radiator etc needs to be done aswell, is that usually included in a major? Or is that usually something thats done seperate?

Regards, James.

How are people paying/paid for parts through Bill cos he's asked me to just email him my credit card details which i really would prefer not to do. Even if i did trust him i dont trust my email account.

Can anyone point out if anything can be acquired cheaper in .au and where to get it. Also, if I've missed anything I should get.

Hey Matt, Was there anything Extra You had to get that wasn't on this list?

Also I Am going to get Lifters plugs and leads done at the same time, is there anything else other than the actual lifters plugs and leads needed for that?

And where is the cheapest place currently to get Lifters, plugs and leads?

Thanks All in advance.

water pump which can be gotten from Techsport or Meek for about the same price, i think just over $100 (about 110-140ish). much cheaper than the $300 that ralliart want.

Getting my 100,000k service done soon @ chasers.

Costing me around $2,500.

Whats a O2 sensor worth these days, and is it worth getting genuine mitsubishi?

$2500 is including every single part, right?

Don't even think about using a gen Mitsi O2 sensor. You would be expecting no change from well over $400

I cant believe that a major service would cost $2500, that is so expensive. I think you can get a better deal. I supplied all of the parts and got major service done plus engine recon plus changing most of the lifters and that was just a bit more than 3k

2,500 includes quite a bit.

I've got a full list with prices but Cbf posting it now. It includes pretty much everything.

It's 1,000 dollars for labour - that includes all fluids flushed and replaced, with ayc bleed and motul turbolight oil.

I've asked him to include things such as spark plugs, leads, thermostat, o2 sensor etc. So it does include ALL seals/gaskets, belts and all the other major service bits and pieces. I think it's a fair price though.

I'm happy to pay the right amount to get my car done properly.

If you are having all fluids flushed, spark plugs done + all the usual major service stuff, it sounds pretty fair.

Gee, you'd think they'd at least supply full synthetic oil for that price!
