I don't know about dis-continued, but the Bosch # is correct, the Bosch unit is the more expensive option.

Did you ask the Repco dealer to check out the run-out stock section to see if the had anymore of the $29.00 NGK units

Hey.
Anyone know the part numbers and proper names for the following?
- Brake light switch (sits up under the brake pedal)
- Front lip on the pre-facelift front bar (sits in th middle at the bottom and hooks under)

The brake light switch should have the part number on it and the tow hook cover is discussed all over the place on here, shouldn't be too hard to find.

Robert PM me the last 7 digits of your VIN #, I'll get the correct part #'s and descriptions from ASA for you, The tow hook cover comes correctly colour coded from mitsubishi so the part numbers for each colour is different, just so you get the right one.

just got off the phone to repco. all ngk ones have gona but theyre doing the bosch ones for around 97 (cant remember exact figure, <$100) for those who are interested

$97, didnt realise you could get O2 sensors that cheap, i stupidly assumed you could only use mitsi ones, might get one of these towards the end of the year when i do the plugs and leads.

If you thought $97 was cheap, the NGK ones are $30 (+$10 postage if your local Repco has to get another store to ship it to them).

Just got off the phone to Amcap WA some updates on the prices:

Timing Belt Tensioner Adjuster......MD308593............$331
Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley..........MD316826............$102
Timing Belt Idler Pulley..................MD179597............$67.87

Biggest shock was on the TB belt tensioner Arm, they've put the status as 'obsolete' / "they don't make em no more" ...... aw crap. :huh: Will hunt around the likes of Conventrys / Repco / Veale ....

Idle speed controller : E9T15298 (off a galant series1) .. E9T15298C (off a legnum?) <-- both models work on my series1 galant. Local guys Nardek is one I recommend they provided what I needed for my old HJ Galant.
Driver side power window regulator and motor: MR215406 (Amcap came back with MR215402)

Also, Regulator Motor is MR215406 and the Regulator is MR215402, just so there is no confusion..
