my latest email to them after waiting 6 months and being reassured from them that a copy probably got lost in the mail and they'd send another copy

Well Its the 8th of MAY 2009 and ive still received nothing even after being assured another copy has been sent out in the post and still nothing.
Its been over 6 months now, if something doesnt happen soon i have no choice but to notify department of customer protection/ consumer affairs as this is absolutely bullshit, even after supplying my receipt in 2 formats, nothing!!!
Not even a confirmation to see if ive received it

Maybe i should have just kept my mouth shut cause it will probably arrive today now knowing my luck

Hello

I am writing to gain a refund for the Legnum manual that i purchased on the 17-11-2008. I have proof to payment of $120 NZ dollars into your account on my statement which i can email to you once i can get an email address contact for you.

I have been waiting for this manual for a long time, a lot longer than what should be reasonably accepted from what was advertised on your site. After a bit of investigation, i found that there are other people in the same boat as me, and i really have lost confidence in the fact
> that i am getting the quality manual one should expect when having paid in full and then waiting over four months, with numerous emails not replied to. I would appreciate a quick reply and resolution to this matter, as i can no longer afford to have money tied up in this.

hi guys,
i'm in Trinidad, the VR4 craze has started here as well. the only short coming is not having the workshop manual with the wiring diagram. If anyone have it kindly let me know... my email is kdillon_pbl@yahoo.com

I finally received mine. To say that I'm disappointed is just to keep silent. To be honest most of my thoughts are pure obscenities.

It could pass for a manual if you have no idea what real MMC manuals are. Selection of material to be included is nothing short of strange. Whole pieces of information that is really needed are simply omitted.

Poo!

Surely it doesn't worth a year of waiting and $120NZD I've paid for it.

If you buy it off ebay then you might actually stand a chance of receiving it.

Many of us have given up in disgust with the original source. I suppose I should really write to them and demand my money back.
