its really loud on cold start but then slowly dulls to a quieter one, once warm its on and off! i tried the bleeding, but while using the heavier oil, so im thinking it was useless!
I had to change the oil 500km after buying the car as it had engine flush in it.
so i will drop the 0w40 in it and hopefully its all good!
i been using castrol edge 5w30 and is is great. yet to try 0w30 by amsoil.
Umm, you don't have to bleed every day/cold start if its an air issue. Especially if it was done just after the engine is warm would indicates there is gunk in the lifters has shifted again.
If bleeding them "fixes" it each start I would suggest another engine flush to try remove the gunk - and if that doesnt work, then new lifters may be on the cards for you
