Lifter problem

I have changed 22 of the 24 lifters and the last 2 two in the back right are being super painful, is there a trick or something I can do to fix this easily? I was thinking of taking the bolts off the top of the cam, but I don't want to mess things up. Please thank you for any input

Sometimes the tool gets a burr and won't fit. Will have to file it down.

There's no burs on it but I was thinking of grinding it down. Not a good idea?

I've seen them modified plenty of times to make it easier, the tool is universal after all

Can post a pic of mine later if you like.
