Back at it again, this time again on a stock head and block, no head studs etc. Just manifolds and China GT35r and 550cc injectors. On 95 octane pump gas, abit more work to be done to smoothen out the graph abit, but we decided to hold up, upgrade ignition and go again soon ....

What engine management are you running with these Galants? Is the stock ECU programmable so you can make ~350whp with it or do you need to switch to aftermarket ECU? I’m about to do single turbo swap to my VR4 and as far as I know, there’s not really anyone who has done it before here in Finland.

Have you considered selling the exhaust mani and IC piping as a kit?

A quick peek at the design.
This will not work with a stock engine loom. As you can see ive cut the stock loom apart and rerouted it under the shifter cables. You could make this work with a stock ecu if you really want to. Ill do a write up on what ive done here at some stage. But this particular car has has alot of extraneous wiring chopped out as its got a wire in link ecu and its getting a load of extra sensors added in ( fuel press/ oil press / oil temp/ CAN lambda and so on)

The stock thermo fans fit on a larger "redline" radiator core. The heater hoses need to be rerouted but im also working on a stainless hardline solution for this to go with the kit.
Should go without saying that the stock fuel lines need to be rerouted also, but this is easy enough with my AN6 adapted fuel rails. To switch the feed and return to the drivers side.

Next step is a downpipe that will match up to stock Catback exhausts and the shortened intake manifold to suit the 6 IGN1A coil conversion which I will also be selling soon.
